Position Overview:

The role of a Digital Social Media Marketing Coordinator is vital in today’s digital landscape where social media platforms play a significant role in marketing strategies. This position typically exists within marketing departments or agencies and focuses on developing, implementing, and managing social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content that engages our target markets and customer persona, including paid and free social campaigns, projects, and events.
  • Interact with business line leaders and managers to source, develop, and creation of social media posts, including photos, videos, or other creative materials.
  • Under the supervision of the VP of Marketing, develop a social media content calendar with input from relevant
  • Maintain a regular posting schedule and use reporting tools to analyze ROI and adjust as needed.
  • Help monitor the company’s various social channels and offer constructive interaction with users when appropriate.
  • Use design tools to create basic internal collateral, such as sell sheets, social media posts, postcards, or banners.
  • Oversee content calendar, project timelines, analytics, and regular reporting.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative assets across all digital marketing touchpoints.
  • Monitor, measure, and assist with digital reporting from data sources and monitor key review platforms, such as Google Business, Yelp, and Indeed, and respond to reviews, update content, and collaborate to consistently grow our digital reputation within the communities we serve.
  • Coordinate with leadership and the marketing team to ensure campaigns and projects are properly launched, executed and measured.
  • Primary point of contact with external vendors, designers, and agency partners to manage the ordering, production, and delivery of marketing collateral and sales materials.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content publishing capacity, including developing paid social media campaigns and content calendars.
  • Demonstrated ability in content development, social media content, and project management.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn software applications independently.
  • Must be results-driven and enjoy problem-solving.
  • Drive to learn fundamentals of digital marketing principles and methodologies, such as SEO, page ranking, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about helping people and serving those in need.
